WHO           Who are Learning Blend?

Learning Blend is the complete Learning & Development consultancy provided by independent Learning & Development expert Janique Snyder.

Janique established the L'Oreal Australia HR department in 1997, moving into Learning & Development where she managed a dynamic unit responsible for the training needs of over 700 staff. She has specific skills and experience in training analysis, budgeting, sourcing of external providers and the delivery of in-house programs.

Since starting Learning Blend Janique has provided HR and L&D solutions for SME’s (Small to Medium sized Enterprises) including strategic planning, objectives settings, recruitment, L&D 3 year plans and sourcing of external providers.

Janique is passionate about organisational culture and the need for businesses to find their own sustainable and affordable Learning & Development solutions.

With hands-on training and HR experience over two decades, including eight years managing corporate Learning & Development, and now 2 years with SME’s, Janique understands business needs at all levels.


Janique's passion for training can be traced to her background in ski racing which took her to Whistler, Canada, 
then Val D'Isère, France where she worked as a ski instructor, coach and guide.

She regards those early experiences teaching all comers from 'ski bums' to 'lords and ladies' as formative providing 
not only a love of training but an appreciation of individuals from across social and corporate hierarchies.
